excellent service complimentary upgrade eu plug custard tarts
the staff provided excellent service, assisting with trip bookings and offering valuable advice. a complimentary upgrade celebrated my husband's birthday, including sparkling wine. i needed a eu plug, and the hotel readily supplied one. complimentary custard tarts, coffee, and water were available in the lobby.
the shower's jet was excessively strong, causing the handheld one to detach easily.

strong water pressure false accusation
The breakfast was good, it included typical foods.
Water from the waterfall shower went everywhere. I was also wrongly accused of an unpaid restaurant bill, despite not using the restaurant that day.

The room was very clean. The bed provided good comfort. I appreciated the complimentary Portuguese egg tarts with a welcome note. The in-wall Bluetooth speaker was a nice modern touch.
The street is closed to vehicular traffic so carrying luggage a short distance is necessary

the staff was helpful and professional. they addressed every need i had. the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast buffet each morning, and it had many choices. i also appreciated the room, it was clean and had daily housekeeping.
the street outside the hotel could be noisy at night.

ideal location comfort room
the location were ideal to explore the area. the staff just couldnt do enough for we. the rooms was really comfort. i recomend this hotel!
the waterfall shower throws water everywhere. i slip and bump my knee against the glass when i enter the toilet. that be no good.
